In this 60-minute online session, you can expect:

  • An assessment of goals and limitations
  • A short practice that may include movement, breath expansion, and meditation
  • Guidance on moving towards your goals using several yogic tools, including value alignment, mindfulness, movement, breathing, meditation, and other self-care activities
  • NEW: utilize the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda to develop a more balanced relationship with your food in a way that aligns with your unique constitution and lifestyle.
