For years, I approached healing from the outside in. Caught in the cycle of helping others while navigating the exhaustion of the healthcare system, I found my own nervous system in overdrive. I know what it feels like when your body holds the weight of demanding work and complex life transitions.
Today, I am a C-IAYT and Master of Social Work candidate. My approach is rooted in the belief that we cannot simply "think" our way out of stress; we must rebuild our internal safety from the ground up.
By integrating the precision of Trauma-Informed Yoga Therapy, Polyvagal Theory, and evidence-based techniques, I use the body as a laboratory to help women regulate the nervous system and reclaim their physical sovereignty. Whether you are navigating a medical transition, trauma recovery, or the weight of midlife transitions, my goal is to provide the tools to stop overdoing, start feeling, and rebuild your resilience.
