Viviane specializes in integrating mind-body practices to address the physical, mental, and emotional fallout of occupational and personal stress, including chronic stress, adrenal fatigue, insomnia, sleep issues, digestive distress, joint pain, anxiety, emotional disregulation, and midlife events like retirement, empty nesting, and caregiving. Yoga therapy is a safe, accessible, and empowering way of working with your body's natural capacity to heal. Your tailored plan may include: trauma-informed movement and sequencing, specific breathwork (pranayama) to regulate the nervous system, guided meditation and deep relaxation techniques, mindfulness and awareness practices, and holistic lifestyle design and goal setting.

This is a safe, accessible, and powerful way of working with your body’s natural capacity to heal through personalized sessions lasting approximately 60 minutes, tailored to your health history and goals: recovering from burnout and building durable resilience.

In this first session, we will review your history, conduct physical, mental, and emotional assessments, and begin developing a plan for your wellness journey. Will include a short practice to get you started.
