Yoga for the Kapha Heart ❤

Hello my friend!
In spring, KAPHA is the dosha that is most prominent, according to ayurveda (the life science that accompanies yoga). The main elements of kapha are earth and water. Additionally, Kapha is the seat of our emotions and feelings, our constitutional heart.
Earth is cool, stable, heavy, dry, rough, gross, dense, dull, and hard
Water cools, moistens, adheres, soothes, softens, smoothes, dulls, and spreads.
When we look at the heart and how Kapha influences it, we must remember that the goal is BALANCE. Too much or too little of anything can be considered unhealthy.
When the Kapha in the heart is balanced, it is loyal, loving, caring, compassionate.
When the mind has too much Kapha, it becomes attached, needy, greedy, sad, and withdrawn.
