You are a Generation X woman: a powerhouse who has spent years pouring your energy into a career as a professional caregiver. You are highly competent, deeply empathetic, and the one everyone depends on, both at work and at home. You handle critical, emotional, and demanding work that few others can.
But now? You’re running on empty.
The lines between your professional dedication and personal well-being are blurred. You are experiencing more than just stress; it’s the heavy, soul-crushing weight of burnout and compassion fatigue. You feel perpetually exhausted, irritable, and disconnected from the passion that once fueled you. You worry that if you stop, you’ll collapse, or worse, lose your ability to care.
I am dedicated to helping women like you reclaim your vital energy and empathy.
As a certified yoga therapist and MSW student, my work is centered on the unique intersection of professional caregiving, midlife changes, and mental health. I integrate evidence-based holistic practices with psychological concepts to specifically address the nervous system dysregulation that underpins burnout and compassion fatigue.
I work with Gen X professional caregivers who:
Are ready to move past the guilt of taking time for themselves.
Need practical, sustainable tools to manage the daily emotional toll of their work.
Want to stay in their vital career without sacrificing their health or spirit.
I help you create a personalized roadmap, using movement, breath, meditation, and lifestyle shifts, to heal your nervous system and build genuine, long-term resilience so you can continue to show up fully, both for others and for yourself.

Like many of us, I was taught to push through and prioritize others. In my 30s, I managed my active life (full-time office manager for a doctor’s office, sword fighting, aerial performance) and undiagnosed ADHD using yoga as my anchor. As I started teaching, I primarily focused on physical and stress-related issues.
The shift came in my 40s. While making significant life changes (getting sober, getting an ADHD diagnosis), I found myself battling severe exhaustion, emotional instability, and anxiety. I realized I was deeply struggling with burnout and the complexities of midlife changes (perimenopause). I knew I couldn't just "push through" anymore.
Like the dedicated student I am, I dove into research. I pursued my Yoga Therapy Certification, deepened my studies in Ayurveda, and, most recently, began my Master of Social Work (MSW). My research and clinical focus is now squarely on the mental health challenges (anxiety, depression, addiction, grief) that Gen X caregivers face as they navigate the stresses of their profession and the demands of midlife.
I combine my understanding of the body (Yoga Therapy & Ayurveda) with my growing knowledge of trauma, mental health, and social systems (MSW) to offer a truly integrated approach.
My goal is twofold:
Internal Resilience: To fundamentally rewire your nervous system to move beyond mere survival and create a solid inner foundation. This is not about teaching you how to "take a break," but how to cultivate sustainable healing.
External Change: To equip you with the clarity and sustained energy needed to effectively engage in systemic change. When you are no longer depleted, you gain the voice and stamina to advocate for better work environments and structural shifts that will protect the next generation of caregivers from burnout.
Your work is important. Your well-being is essential. You can manage and overcome burnout and become a powerful force for change without leaving the career you love.
Let’s develop a sustainable self-care strategy that works as hard as you do, freeing up your energy to heal yourself and improve the systems you work within.
