Yin Yoga For Energy Balance | 20 min

The theme in the online studio is BALANCE and I’m back with a yin practice for you to balance your energetic body. Throughout the month, we will be talking about balancing on one foot, balancing effort & ease, and balancing our energetic input and output.

This yin sequence connects and tones the root and crown chakras, while building awareness of all the energy plexi in between the two.

Come back to this video several times to become more and more aware and in tune with the flow of energy throughout your body.

Live and unscripted, this online yoga class is free and is held each Friday, and reposted to this blog on Saturday. This class will take about 20-30 minutes. You can expect to practice mindfulness in movement that will bring more balance to your life. Relax, release stress and tension, and feel more connected to your body with each breath.
