Vinyasa Yoga To Improve Balance | 20 min

Balance is one of the elements of physical wellness we look at as we age (the other 2 being strength and flexibility), and it is something we have to mindfully practice if we want to stay or become confident in it. This short vinyasa practice takes us through a sequence to support your balance and to give you confidence while working on your balance.
Come back to this video often to continue to improve your balance each and every time you get on your yoga mat.
Recommended props: a couple of blocks, a blanket, a strap. Use whatever you have already.
