Q+A Vlog: How To Improve Balance With Yoga
Viviane Wolfe | MAY 27, 2023

I am here to answer your questions about yoga: the movement (asana), the breathing (pranayama), the meditative aspects (pratyahara), and the philosophy that supports it all.
Today’s question is from a great student in one of my in person local classes. He’s been coming to yoga for a while now and wants to focus on his balance. So his question is: How do I improve my balance? What poses, mindset, etc. is needed to really see a change in balance? Here is my answer.
Live and unscripted, this online yoga class is free and is held each Friday and reposted on this blog on Saturday. This class will take about 20-30 minutes. You can expect to practice mindfulness in movement that will bring more balance to your life. Relax, release stress and tension, and feel more connected to your body with each breath. Thank you for practicing today!
