Affirmations for Self Confidence

In this week’s audio class I am offering up affirmations for confidence and self-esteem.
If you aren’t familiar with affirmations, they are simple short positive statements you say to yourself to help you regulate your mood and mindset.
There is science behind this. The more often you use positive thoughts and say positive things to yourself, the more you rewire your brain for positivity. Not the fake “everything is rainbows all the time” toxic positivity, but a real sense of contentment and gratitude for the things you have in your life and within you that make life easier.
If you are ready to try out a simple affirmation practice, there really is no wrong way to do it. Some people like to put post-it notes on their bathroom mirror or the door to catch their eye as they wake up or are leaving the house. Some people record an audio affirmation list and listen to it in the car or when they first wake up. Some people make affirmation lists in their journals.

OK, technically not live, I have recorded this guided meditation and infused it with affirmations and deep breaths of self-confidence, self-love, and self-esteem. Use this meditation anytime you need a little boost and a reminder that you deserve to take up space and be seen.
