3 Variations on Nadi Shodhana | Pranayama Practice

Building on last week’s video, this week we will practice 3 different forms of Nadi Shodhana, alternate nostril breathing. Balancing left and right, we also bring balance to day and night, light and dark, as we mindfully bring awareness to 2 nadis (energy channels): The Ida and Pingala.

Practice along with this video several times to build a sense of grounded focus and energy, allowing you to move through your day with more presence and ease.

Live and unscripted, this online yoga class is free and is held each Friday, and reposted to this blog on Saturday. This class will take about 20-30 minutes. You can expect to practice mindfulness in movement that will bring more balance to your life. Relax, release stress and tension, and feel more connected to your body with each breath.
