I’m a yoga therapist and ayurvedic nutritionist  for women going through the stages of menopause and want to feel more connected to the body as it changes and in more control of the symptoms and issues that arise at this time of life.  They know they can’t avoid the change, but they have no idea what kinds of wellness and self care routines would help them with the unique nature of menopause. 

I help them set up habits and routines of movement, breath awareness, meditation, meal planning, and other self care activities that support and nourish them through the changes that come with menopause.
