I’m a yoga therapist and ayurvedic nutritionist for professional caregivers who are experiencing the physical, mental, and emotional effects of compassion fatigue and burnout. With a background in medical administration, I have firsthand experience with the exhaustion, dread, and overwhelm that come with caregiving and healthcare services. My approach offers practical, holistic tools tailored to caregivers' unique challenges, helping them regain energy and resilience.
My own response to burnout was to overtax my system with extreme hobbies, excessive alcohol, and other ways to detach from the stress of my caregiving role, which was meant to help people heal.
Through practicing and leading others in the holistic framework of yoga, I have found balance-a way to help caregivers and healers continue their vital work with renewed strength and purpose.
